Deposco
Cloud WMS and order management for growing omnichannel brands
Deposco provides cloud-native WMS and order management for fast-growing omnichannel brands and 3PLs. Known for rapid implementation, strong customer support, and a product designed for brands scaling from manual to automated fulfillment.
Omnichannel retailers and mid-market DCs needing cloud WMS with strong e-commerce and store fulfillment support
Heavy manufacturing or highly complex multi-site distribution requiring deep customization
Strengths
- Strong omnichannel fulfillment — handles store, ship-from-store, BOPIS, and DC in one platform
- Cloud-native SaaS with fast implementation vs. legacy WMS vendors
- Good inventory visibility and order orchestration across channels
- Competitive pricing for mid-market omnichannel operations
Weaknesses
- Less proven in very high-volume pure distribution vs. omnichannel retail use cases
- Automation integration depth still developing vs. tier-1 WMS platforms
- Smaller implementation partner network than Manhattan or Blue Yonder
Practitioner analysis
Deposco is one of the fastest WMS implementations available — 60–90 day go-lives are not marketing claims, they're achieved by constraining scope. The Shopify and NetSuite integrations are pre-built and production-hardened. Genuinely good fit for DTC brands scaling from 10k to 500k orders/month.
Deposco's speed comes from standardization — if your operation has complex exceptions or unusual workflows, you'll hit the limits of their configuration quickly. They are not the right choice for a 3PL with 10 clients on different billing structures. Evaluate Körber or Softeon instead if your 3PL operations are multi-client complex.
DTC e-commerce brands and omnichannel retailers with relatively standard processes who need to go live fast.
Not a fit for complex 3PL multi-client operations or operations with highly customized workflows.
Questions to ask in your RFP / demo
- Show me a configuration that matches our most complex exception workflow — can the system handle it without custom code?
- What is your typical go-live scope vs. what gets deferred to phase 2?
- What percentage of your customers are DTC vs. 3PL vs. retail DC?
